Priority Boarding & Daycare was founded in 2021 by a top local veterinarian and team of animal lovers who felt that the boarding business was broken. Pet owners had to drive to inconvenient locations, work around limited business hours and worry about their pet’s well-being while they were supposed to be enjoying their vacation or focusing on a business trip.
We knew it was time for a change — a new standard of pet care where pets were truly treated and loved like they are at home.
Through decades of experience, extensive research and a deep desire to provide a better experience, we’ve built a better, luxurious pet retreat that is not only conveniently located, but is also a true vacation for your 4-legged friend!

A Lifetime of Four-legged Love: Meet Dr. B.
Dr. Anthony Buzzetti, affectionately known by his staff as “Dr. B.”, started Priority Boarding & Daycare with one goal in mind: provide animals with the same love, care and affection he’d give to his own pets.
From an early age, Dr. B. was heavily involved in animal care. His father was the lone veterinarian for his small hometown in Iowa and operated his practice in the walk-out basement of Dr. B.’s childhood home. Dr. B.’s fondest memories of his childhood involved coming home after school and helping his dad; joining him on farm calls, holding patients during exams and even handing his father instruments while he was performing surgery. With an upbringing centered around healthcare for animals, Dr. B. immediately felt connected to animals and loved being able to communicate with them through genuine care.
Dr. B. knew he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and be a veterinarian at just eight years of age. He saw firsthand what it meant to have a passion and understood the importance of providing a higher level of devotion and care for animals of all kinds. After serving three years in the United States Army as a veterinary technician, and graduating from Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. B. started his veterinary career and has since owned several practices and kennels in Indiana and Florida.
As an entrepreneur at heart, he is dedicated to providing loving care with this in mind. Dr. B. and his business partner have created a new venture, Priority Boarding & Daycare. This revolutionary boarding and daycare service reflects the highest attention to the human-animal bond. Understanding that “time with your pet” is precious to both owner and pet, they have created a service that dramatically reduces the length of separation during travel. At Priority Boarding & Daycare, pet parents can be with their pets right up to going to the airport or leaving for a road trip. Also, we will be there to reconnect you with your pet as soon as you return home, day or night.

Our state-of-the-art Sani-Clean sanitizing system and Permatek flooring decreases moisture and humidity, minimizes odor and dramatically reduces the viruses and surface bacteria that cause the most common kennel-related infections, like parvo and kennel cough.
All of our pet condos have glass doors which gives your pet a feeling of freedom and lessens the potential of exposure to illness.
