It smells good and the staff is kind, helpful and loving to my standard poodles. We use them for daycare three times a week. We have not used their boarding facility, but they are very, very convenient to the airport. And their rates are what I would consider low at $27 a day for full day daycare. They treat my dogs like the king and queen of the daycare and my dogs get so excited when they hear the words “go see your friends”! They are socialized calmly not aggressively. Playtime is lively and safe. They allow quiet time if they want it. The poodles are flat pooped out when they come home. Behaviors at home have decreased significantly. Giving the poodles adequate stimulation at home was challenging for us. Priority is just what they need! As a Pet parent, I have 100% confidence in the safety, Daycare conditions, supervision and attention provided by Priority Boarding & Daycare. We met both owners (one being a vet) who were fantastic and helped ease our nerves with leaving our girl with them. I cannot even come close to explaining the cleanliness and wonderful features of this facility from easy to sanitize play yards (multiple), to glass enclosed condos with warm floors, misters on the playgrounds, huge bay doors that open on nice days to allow for fresh air inside, bright natural lighting, I could go on and on but you should just go ask for a tour, it would be worth your time.Anytime we leave our girl, she has diarrhea and blow outs in her kennel and just really struggles, but this time she didn't have any issues at all. They do lots of walks a day and last one being late so they don't have issues overnight.They take intact dogs and our girl was in heat when we left her. They kept her separate and she did perfectly fine and they were not at all concerned with the extra cleaning. I called a few times to check on her and they were very responsive and gave a nice update.Another great thing is they have an app so you can book stays and pay balances all from your phone. You can call them when you land (if flying) and they will have your pet ready for you so you can get on your way. I literally paid her bill while sitting on the plane. They also posted a couple pictures (one is attached) of her during her stay to the app which really helped put our mind at ease.We have already booked another stay!
